Learn the basics of Focusing presented in informative, experiential, sometimes fun ways.  Workshops are usually on a Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.  At least one Focusing session with a certified Focusing teacher is required.  Space is limited to 10 participants.  A $25 deposit will hold your place. Balance of $100 is due at the workshop. Lunch is included.

This workshop can help one get deeper into the Focusing process and gives specific training for the listening part.  Learning to really listen is the most important skill for successful Focusing.

This is a weekend workshop for couples.  Learn a new method for resolving differences, resentments, misunderstandings.  Resolution and healing can be achieved.

All participants must have had at least one Focusing session with a certified Focusing Teacher as a pre-requisite.  Space is limited. A $50 deposit is required.

Discover what your dreams are revealing about you.  Participants must have completed a Level One Focusing workshop with a certified Focusing teacher as a pre-requisite.

A one day workshop that helps participants identify the many different kinds of loss, including the "fear of loss".
This is an interactive, experiential workshop that can be helpful for bringing closure and release to long-held resentments and pain that is always part of loss and grief.
