What is Focusing?

Focusing is a process of self-guiding your attention to a deep level of awareness within your body, where unresolved problems exist.  It is at this level where one can experience positive change.....a felt shift....
a healing of emotional wounds held there from one's past.

Focusing involves "listening" and "being listened to".   It is best experienced with a listening partner.  
A Focusing Level One workshop teaches both the Focuser and the listener in this process.

Focusing is better understood through experiencing than written description.
